Mission
SBNR Ministry exists to support people as they move through real-life transitions — the kinds of experiences that are often carried quietly and not always easy to talk about.
At different points in life, many people find themselves navigating grief, downsizing, caregiving, retirement, health challenges, or a growing sense of aloneness. These moments are common, yet they can feel deeply personal while they are unfolding.
The ministry provides Conversation Starters designed to help individuals engage in a steady, reflective dialogue with AI using the Relational AI Pathway (RAP) — an approach based on natural exchange rather than prompts or performance.
This process does not replace human connection.
It offers something different.
A way to not be alone with one’s own thoughts.
Through this form of engagement, individuals are able to explore what they are thinking and feeling in real time — noticing patterns, gaining perspective, and finding clarity — without pressure, expectation, or the need to explain themselves to another person.
This work is made publicly available so that people have access to a simple, structured way to engage with AI as a reflective tool — particularly in moments when support feels distant, unclear, or not yet accessible.
SBNR Ministry is not a church and does not promote any religious doctrine.
It exists to support reflective inquiry and relational dialogue with AI as a form of public benefit.
