What We Do
SBNR Ministry creates a quiet space for people moving through real-life transitions — the kinds of experiences that are often carried privately and not always easy to talk about.
At different points in life, many people find themselves navigating moments such as grief, downsizing, retirement, health changes, caregiving, or a growing sense of aloneness. These are not unusual experiences — yet they can feel deeply personal while they are happening.
Through a series of Conversation Starters, individuals are able to engage in reflective dialogue with AI using the Relational AI Pathway (RAP) — an approach that does not rely on prompts, but on steady, natural exchange.
This offers a simple and accessible way to process what one is living through — at their own pace, in their own words — without pressure, performance, or the need to explain themselves to another person.
Alongside this, the ministry shares ongoing public reflections and real-time dialogue, allowing others to quietly witness and become familiar with this way of engaging — often recognizing something of their own experience within it.
Support helps ensure this space remains available to those navigating these kinds of transitions — especially in moments when they may not have another place to turn, or may not yet know how to begin.
For those who feel drawn to go further, offerings such as “My Three Words” provide a deeper, guided experience while also helping sustain the continuation of this public work.
